Multple Listing Service (MLS) Listing
Our most popular service: 90 day submission of an Exclusive Agency listing to the Centre County Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS*). Along with MLS listing, we provide you with a sign, access to color data sheets that you can print out when needed, sellers disclosure form [required by the state], a showing folder to keep information and data to be handed out along with your choice of three types of lockboxes. Your listing will appear in the MLS system for all the buyer agents to find as well as on REALTOR.com, the Centre Daily Times Homefinder pages, and our website here.
Also, with our new MLS vendor, we can now set up any number of PCS accounts (Personal Client/Customer Services) where you can watch the market for any number of things like styles, price or school district as an example.

Note: While you will not pay a sellers commission to have your home listed, when signing the listing agreement, you must agree to possibly compensate a buyer agent who is a member of the MLS, if they produce a ready, willing and able purchaser at a price and terms acceptable to you. Buyers Only Realty Agent Present At Closing
