Multple Listing Service (MLS) Listing
Our most popular service: 60 day submission of an Exclusive Agency listing to the Centre County Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS*). Along with MLS listing, we provide you with fliers, color data sheets, sellers disclosure copies and if desired, an MLS lockbox. With this option, your listing will also appear on REALTOR.com and www.happyvalleyhomes.com, as well as here on our www.buyers-realty.com. Note: While you will not pay a sellers commission to have your home listed, when signing the listing agreement, you must agree to possibly compensate a buyer agent who is a member of the MLS, if they produce a ready, willing and able purchaser at a price and terms acceptable to you. Advertising In The Centre Daily Times Buyers Guide
This option includes a 1/3 page advertisement with picture, description and contact numbers determined by the owner. The advertisement will run monthly beginning with the first available month. Contact us for our reasonable flat fee.
Buyers Only Realty Agent Present At Closing
An agent will be present at the closing acting as a Limited Agent on behalf of the owner(s). Contact us for our minimal flat fee.
Talking House
Lease a "Talking House" radio transmitter and sign for 60 days. As interested customers pass your house, they are instructed to tune their car radio to a certain station to hear all about the home you are selling. Contact us for our small flat fee.
